Refund on Returns

All returns must be made through our returns portal using a courier of your own choice. Returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery of your parcel.

Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit.

To return garments they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition. Garments that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing, or returned outside of our 14-day return window will not be accepted for return as all returned merchandise must be in a re-saleable state.

Swimwear bottoms will be shipped with a hygiene protector sticker in place. Please be advised that any bottoms with this removed will not be accepted for returns. If this sticker is missing on receipt of your order, please contact  info@nuga.uk immediately.

Items that are discounted by 50% or greater including products that are indicated as Final Sale in the description cannot be returned.

Please note refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process from when we receive your returned item/s. We will refund the value of the item/s (via the original form of payment). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.

For your security, we would recommend requesting and keeping hold of all proof of postage receipts, until the return has been fully processed.

Exchanges on Damaged or Faulty Items

Please note that all Nugá garments are fully inspected before being dispatched, however, we appreciate that errors may arise, therefore, if a garment is damaged or faulty Customers can request an exchange provided we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase via info@nuga.uk

When reporting an item damaged or faulty, please include the following details:

- Full Name

- Order Number and Name of Garment(s)

- The damage(s) or fault(s) on the garment

Please note that we retain the right to refuse an exchange and will not be held liable for the original shipping costs, taxes or duties. If we agree that the garment(s) is damaged or faulty we will offer you an exchange provided that the item(s) are fully tagged and unworn.

You will be sent instructions following the initial exchange approval, specifying where to send the damaged or faulty item(s). Please note that we must receive the damaged or faulty item(s) for us to process your exchange, and you are liable for ensuring that we receive the damaged or faulty item.

If an item is not as described or returned as specified, it will be returned to the customer.

If an exchange is final, we will cover the shipping costs for sending you a new item, excluding taxes or duties.
