Processing

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all Nugá garments are Made to Order meaning we do not retain stock and each garment is produced once an order has been placed. Therefore, please allow up to 2 days for us to process your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, will be sent once your order has been dispatched for delivery. You can track the status of your delivery by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellation

If you have ordered the incorrect item(s), provided incorrect shipping details, or wish to cancel your order, please contact our team at info@nuga.uk immediately after placing your order. Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled at our atelier, we will be unable to make any amendments, and it will be subject to our Returns Policy.

Taxes & Duties

All international orders (orders outside of Nigeria or United Kingdom) may be subject to taxes and duties, depending on the delivery country. Please be advised that customers will be liable for taxes and duties which vary depending on the jurisdiction, therefore, we advise that you check with the local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that may be payable following your purchase.

Important Information

We cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit due to authorising the courier service to leave your parcel unattended (should no one be available at the delivery address to sign for it), after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if the parcel is not collected within the courier’s designated holding period.
